Eric founded Forward Edge-Al to leverage Al to continue his passionate work of enhancing public safety and national security.

Andrea Gwynn is a retired U.S. Army Warrant Officer and former Deputy Chief Information Officer with over 25 years of experience leading IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital modernization across the Department of Defense. She helped launch Army Futures Command, driving technology transformation, workforce optimization, and cloud migration. Known for her servant-leader approach, Andrea bridges strategy, innovation, and execution to achieve mission success. At Forward Edge AI, she advances technology strategy and cybersecurity, championing responsible AI that empowers faster, ethical, and more effective decision-making.

Eunja is an accomplished attorney with 20(+) years experience focused on protecting innovation and mitigating risk. She has represented both domestic and global corporations in financial services, consumer products, and aerospace and defense industries. Due to the speed of the advancement of AI, Eunja is passionate about ensuring safeguards are in place to harness innovation, and respect and protect human rights, society and the environment.

Christina Chapman is a results-driven financial leader with over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, audit, and analysis. She brings deep expertise in accounting standards, audit readiness, and internal controls, supported by an active security clearance. Known for her strategic thinking and analytical strength, Christina drives performance through coaching, team development, and process improvement. At Forward Edge AI, she focuses on integrating artificial intelligence to enhance financial operations, improve efficiency, and enable data-informed, responsible decision-making.

Melissa is a retired military officer with over 30 years of progress experience in Civilian, DoD, and Military Human Resources experience. Melissa recieved her commissioning from John Hopkins University and has been recognized as the Adjutant General Soldier of the Year in the US Army. Melissa was hired by Forward Edge-AI by way of the DoD SkillBridge Program and is recognized for delivering energetic, team-focused, solutions-oriented leadership. She has a proven track record in driving change to optimize performance, meet company objectives and is passionate about delivering organizational goal using AI to assist in alleviating any functional pains by allowing our organization to perform activities better and faster.

Matt Ott is the founder and CEO of Ott and Associates and On Target Together, and a retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral with 32 years of global supply chain leadership. A recognized expert in Supply Chain Management, Complex Systems, and Human-Centered Design, he led 2,500 personnel supporting 3,900 aircraft and 300 ships, advancing the Navy’s $41B Sustainment System. He is Vice President of Partnerships at Throughline and serves on advisory boards for Roberts & Ryan and Vision Intel. Ott holds degrees from VMI, UNC Chapel Hill, and the National Defense University.
